Swarmio Media - Community Manager (Middle East)

Swarmio Media is searching for a Community Manager that will be responsible for building great communication and engagement with players, teams, and influencers in the Middle East region to overall generate a positive experience for users on our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with players, teams, influencers, and other partners.
• Assist the Esports Operations team with event planning, administration, and marketing.
• Manage Swarmio's Middle East Discord community with the focus on making it thrive.
• Contribute to the user experience strategy on our platform.
• Monitor the growth and success of the community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in community management
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• A peoples person that is highly social and loves to engage in conversations through Discord servers.
• Heavily passionate about gaming and esports.
• Strong collaboration mindset and an overall team player.
• Bonus: Having a network of high profile players, teams, and content creators.
