ironSource is hiring a Publishing Manager to join Supersonic, our game publishing team in Tel Aviv. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for gaming. You will join a small and high performing team. You will be responsible for coaching studios, helping them create hit games.
Role:
- Onboarding and coaching studios on all aspects of their games
- Maximize business opportunities and achieve revenue targets by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our developers.
- Review and optimize partnership integrations; analyze performance and strategize on improvements that will increase the success of the clients business goals and expectations
- Understand the product inside and out to project manage all troubleshooting efforts and integrations with the Technical Team to ensure issues and integrations are communicated, resolved and completed in a timely manner
- Think critically and outside of the box about how to best use data for driving business and product decisions
- Interact with product, sales, marketing and legal teams to ensure you address your clients needs and help them grow their business
- Developing a trusting relationship with the best teams and ensure a follow-up
Requirements:
- Russian Speaker
- The mobile gaming space is a fast paced environment. A successful candidate will be energetic with a strong drive to be a part of an innovative and data driven team
- We are collaborative and work cross functionally not only locally but globally. You will need to hone in on your verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills in order to succeed with various stakeholders across the globe
- Having strong analytical skills in order to evaluate performance and build new strategies using Excel will help you push the envelope
- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload, as well as handle details accurately while keeping the big picture in mind will help you succeed
- Self-motivated and a team player with a can do attitude that is willing to go the extra mile
- Having an understanding of or previous experience in the online or mobile adtech industry is a plus but not required
- History of growing accounts and an understanding of how to achieve revenue targets is a plus
- Willingness to travel (client meetings, conferences)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
- Fluency in English
