Being a recruiter in gaming is hard. There are so many different disciplines that have to come together to make a great game, and a good recruiter has to understand and find great talent for all those different roles (engineering, art, game design, product, VFX etc).

But that's exactly the challenge we have for the recruiter role at SuperGaming/June Gaming. Are you up for it?

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting process delivering a great candidate experience for a wide variety of roles
  • Understand the different roles in enough detail so you are able to pitch candidates specifically rather than a generic pitch
  • Brainstorm with hiring managers to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each role, and get creative for hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop good hiring processes and drive their adoption internally - even for candidates we reject, ensure we get back to them with detailed feedback if they have spent enough time with us
  • Build a good employer brand

Skills required

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in gaming/tech startups
  • Great people and communication skills
  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail
