At SuperGaming, we want to put India on the global gaming map.

We build multiple large scale games, right from our flagship product MaskGun which has over 50M installs globally to Silly World, our newest and fastest growing game with 10M installs in 4 months.

To build and grow these games, we need to attract the best gaming talent in India and ensure they have the best stint of their career here. And to do that, we are looking for someone to head our People function.

We are already 120 people strong in Pune and remotely across India and growing really fast.

As the Director of People, you will be responsible for everything people ops and recruitment, and lead the entire people strategy of the organization. You don't need to be from a gaming background but recent experience leading the people function in a mid-stage tech startup is ideal.

This role is based out of our Pune office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the people function of the organization including everything people ops and recruitment
  • Design people ops processes that scale with the company including performance management, onboarding, career paths, employee engagement etc
  • Design recruitment process that offers a great candidate experience and helps us find the best candidates
  • Work with the recruitment team to source and close critical and senior roles
  • Bring in tools for leave, payroll, employee feedback etc
  • Craft and manage our compensation strategy using data-backed insights and analysis
  • Train both new and existing managers helping them become better leaders
  • Manage existing members in the people team and hire new people as needed
  • Work closely with the founders to define our culture and values, and implement new age programs and events to inculcate them

Experience & Skills required:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR/people, with 5 years in managing or leading people teams
  • Experience leading people teams in mid-stage tech startups (100-500 people)
