What We Do

SuperAwesome is making the internet safer for kids. The company’s kidtech platform enables safe, compliant digital engagement with kids and young teens around the world. SuperAwesome is used by hundreds of brands and thousands of developers to enable over 12.5B kid-safe transactions every month. Founded in 2013, the company was acquired by Epic Games in 2020.

What You'll Do

The role involves maintaining an excellent understanding of SuperAwesome’s developer-facing tools and platforms (primarily Kids Web Services) and the needs of developers and publishers enabling features for young audiences.

The successful candidate will understand the challenges a customer faces when managing under-16 engagement and be capable of crafting solutions and strategy based around SuperAwesome’s suite of products. (consent management, verification, and kid-safe monetisation). You will communicate with some of the largest developers and platforms in the world, using these relationships to drive adoption of our solutions.

In This Role You Will

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities and partners into SuperAwesome’s developer ecosystem
  • Navigating developers through the funnel to successful onboarding
  • Work with Customer Success to help our developer customers adopt additional products and features
  • Working with Marketing to drive awareness of SuperAwesome’s developer tools and platforms in market, ensuring that customers understand our capabilities and benefit to their business
  • Lead the adoption of this technology across all companies in relevant verticals who are building under-16 engagement strategies, services and applications
  • Together with the wider SuperAwesome developer facing teams, conduct business and technical discovery with customers to understand and communicate their needs and requirements
  • Manage complex technical discussions, integrations and roll outs, working directly with engineering and product teams on the customer side
  • Collaborate with our engineering, product, and wider sales teams to create solutions that increase the value of SA platforms to developers
  • Together with our marketing and content teams, develop the right supporting materials to communicate our value to customers, and to provide a best in class experience to self serve developers
  • Help define integration architecture for our platforms and provide guidance on support and content for new large customers coming onboard
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customers receive AAA service from SuperAwesome, and continually see improving value in our tools and platforms
  • Provide excellent management and communication to our customers at all times, leading to demonstrable NPS and customer happiness
  • Identifying opportunities where SuperAwesome can bring significant business value to new and existing customers.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years working in a similar business development/developer relations role in a related industry
  • Experience managing an enterprise sales pipeline and contract process
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex deals across technical and commercial challenges as well as multiple teams and stakeholders
  • A track record of project management across technical implementations for large customers
  • Proven network across video games or mobile apps sectors
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for coordinating a large number of customer opportunities and integrations in parallel
  • Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to success criteria
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
  • Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives and technical teams
  • Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution
  • Willingness to travel
