The Senior Marketing Manager’s role consists of implementing and helping to shape the long- and short-term marketing strategies for a variety of gameplay programs from Super League, always taking into account the ongoing development and presentation of the Super League brand. This position will oversee day-to-day marketing for consumer offers featuring multiple popular video games such as: League of Legends, PUBG, Clash Royale, Fortnite and others. Responsibilities will include close collaboration with internal teams as well as our retail, brand and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.
Product Marketing
- Create clear marketing strategies and execute campaigns across all digital marketing platforms (web, social, video, email, paid ads)
- Shape, clarify, and promote the Super League brand within all programs
- Define the website experience for the player associated with all programs and monitor effectiveness of campaigns to achieve ongoing optimization
- Work with the digital communications specialist to establish consistent messaging best practices for the purposes of promoting and driving participation in programs while also ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Assess paid media performance and pursue optimization through best practices for content, copy, channel distribution and targeting
- Collaborate with Community, Social, Content, and Event teams to support the player journey both digitally and in-person at gameplay events for your programs
- Participate actively in defining competitive gameplay formats and the in-person and online player experience through collaboration with Event and Experience Design team
- Optimize programs and marketing through data-oriented testing and post-campaign evaluations
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to senior management about marketing initiatives and program metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
- Identify ongoing opportunities for improvement in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within set budgets
- Develop player communications and associated content marketing strategies designed to maximize player participation and ongoing community growth around your programs and Super League more broadly
Partnerships/Strategic Marketing
- Work with the Partnerships team to integrate brand partners into programs, inclusive of the creation and execution of, and reporting on, brand campaigns within your programs
- Work with the Community and Social teams to create and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that position Super League as a thought leader and at the center of competitive video gaming and esports
