The role @ Sumo:

The Talent Acquisition department is responsible for delivering a first-class Recruitment service to the business through the proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, and accurate and efficient administration of the day-to day full recruitment process.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to come and join us at our Sheffield studio to help drive/support recruitment activities across the group.

To support our growth and meet our goals, we are looking for an organized, creative Recruitment Coordinator to join the awesome Talent Acquisition Team, reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager, Kieran Holland. We hire the best talent in the shortest possible amount of time whilst ensuring that the candidate experience is at the centre of our approach. The role is varied, with the recruitment process continuing to evolve with growth in our existing studios and the injection of new studios; you will play an integral role in helping the function deliver our big hiring goals.

Within this role you will:

  • Develop great working relationship with the team of recruiters and the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Schedule interviews and tests with hiring managers through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Book travel and accommodation for candidates travelling to meet us
  • Raising purchase orders for interview travel expenses and arranging reimbursement to candidates
  • Collecting and checking candidate ID and non-disclosure forms during the assessment process
  • Chasing recruiters and/or hiring managers to input feedback following interviews.
  • Ensuring all unsuccessful candidates receive appropriate feedback and rejection letters via our ATS
  • Creating new live vacancies when required from job adverts provided.
  • Printing and collating interview documentation
  • Updating and Inputting into our Recruitment reports using Excel and our ATS
  • Other duties as required e.g. research, data entry and recruitment projects

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and self-motivated, can prioritise and organise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to pick up processes and software packages quickly
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Happy to work with a wide variety of people and co-workers
  • Humble, happy to learn and develop in a collaborative team.
  • Unflappable, a cool and calm character.
  • Customer focused, has a desire to provide a great service and to go the extra mile
  • Collaborative, eager to learn and share best practice.
