As a Recruitment & Campus Coordinator your role will be to support a recruiter within the team by arranging the interviews and assessment steps and support the wider team by working with our partner Universities and colleges, arrange events, visits, talks and assessment days.This is a key position within the HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) department who are responsible for delivering a first-class Recruitment service to the business through the proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, and accurate and efficient administration of the day-to day full recruitment process.

To support our growth and meet our goals, we are looking for an organized, creative Recruitment & Campus Coordinator to join the awesome Talent Acquisition Team, reporting into our Sr Recruiter, Ben Harris.

We hire the best talent in the shortest possible amount of time whilst ensuring that the candidate experience is at the centre of our approach. The role is varied, with the recruitment process continuing to evolve with growth in our existing studios and the injection of new studios; you will play an integral role in helping the function deliver our big hiring goals and bringing fantastic people into the organisation.

Responsibilities:

We’re not looking for someone with all of the experience of the role described below, we are open to experience and transferable skills. We will give you the time to learn and grow within the role. In this role, you will:

  • Develop great working relationship with the team and our internal stakeholders.
  • Schedule interviews and tests with hiring managers through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Liaise with our Universities and Colleges to create/target the best events for us to attend.
  • Coordinate events with our team and Universities and Colleges
  • Book travel and accommodation for campus events and for candidates travelling to meet us.
  • Work with marketing to develop and deliver great materials for the events
  • Continually review process and suggest/implement positive change
  • Raise purchase orders for candidate expenses and campus activity
  • Collect and check candidate ID and non-disclosure forms during the assessment process.
  • Chase recruiters and/or hiring managers to input feedback following assessments.
  • Ensure all unsuccessful candidates receive appropriate feedback and rejection letters via our ATS.
  • Create new live vacancies when required from job adverts provided.
  • Print and collating interview documentation
  • Update and Input into our Recruitment reports using Excel and our ATS
  • Other duties as required e.g. research, data entry and recruitment projects
