Studio Wild Card is currently seeking a Live Operations Engineering Lead to join the team in Seattle, WA.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with experience in ‘live operations’ engineering of a multiplayer online game, to lead & manage the ongoing technical state of the daily online game in ARK: Survival Evolved.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Live QA team to monitor, identify, analyze and prioritize technical issues pertinent to the live game.
• Oversee & manage the resolution of live issues with the engineering team.
• Work with the build deployment team to ensure timely releases.

Our ideal candidate:

Education and Experience

• Strong knowledge of C/C++.
• Minimum of 3 years overall experience in game development.
• Experience in multiplayer game development & operation.
• Technical / engineering management experience.

Pluses:

• Unreal Engine 4 programming experience.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Data Collection/Reporting/Analysis.
• Degree in computer science or similar discipline
