Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Creator Success Agents focused on proactive outreach to relevant top live streamers on Twitch.tv, YouTube Live, and other platforms
  • Oversee the distribution of a wide portfolio of customer accounts and constantly work to improve the lifecycle management of our creators - including increasing activation and retention and managing churn
  • Ensure the team has the tools they need to handle deals from start to finish — from lead gen to closing, onboarding, account management and legendary level support
  • Provide team management and direction by introducing leading processes to support creator acquisition, account management, customer negotiations, revenue reporting and forecasting
  • Create, implement and maintain new methods to provide ‘Legendary level service’ to content creators
  • Engage with talent organizations in the ecosystem, build relationships, attend events and be immersed in the broader streaming ecosystem
  • Command a technical knowledge around the platform tools and features, and use it to be the leader of a team of effective managing agents to the portfolio of creators
  • As part of the Creator Success management team, be responsible for supporting the growth onto new platforms, new geos and new lifestyle sectors
  • Manage the team through regular meetings and formal/informal communications, setting commercial goals/OKRs and performance reviews

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams in sales-oriented positions
  • 5+ years of strong performance as an individual contributor in sales, customer support/service, or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of the Twitch.tv ecosystem
  • Bonus: Involvement in gaming and/or streaming communities or experience as a content creator and/or streamer
