Stream Hatchet is a leading data analytics company in the esports and gaming streaming industries. It leverages data it obtains from live streaming platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook to help businesses create actionable intelligence and insights as it relates to go-to-market strategy, content initiatives, and sponsorship measurement.

Stream Hatchet is currently seeking an Inbound Marketing Manager to enhance lead gen efforts for brands, agencies and video game publishers. The manager will work across multiple teams (sales, marketing, product) and help generate marketing content, and distribute the content via the appropriate channels (social, paid & partnered) to drive leads into the Stream Hatchet sales funnel.

The Manager should possess previous marketing experience, and have strong writing skills. The ability to enhance & maintain CRM systems is a must. Stream Hatchet is looking for a rockstar to come in and help make sense of internal data feeds to drive revenue from both new and existing customers.

A passion and endemic knowledge of the esports and video game ecosystem is essential as Stream Hatchet works closely with leading game publishers, gaming brands, agencies and technology companies. Experience at a prior role in B2B SaaS sales or at another esports team/agency is beneficial.


  • Utilize the Stream Hatchet platform to generate social media posts on performance trends related to gaming creators, games in live streaming, esports competitions, and industry trends
  • Run and maintain Google Ad spend, identify sponsored content opportunities, and ensure that marketing content is being distributed via appropriate channels.
  • Help the marketing team create engaging blog posts & content identifying unique trends using Stream Hatchet data. Ability to generate both B2B and B2C content and optimize for SEO using Yoast.
  • Assist with building industry-leading white papers highlighting live streaming and gaming. Ability to produce thoughtful insights to contextualize data and create additional value for the reader.
  • Manage company-wide marketing tools making sure they’re up-to-date and running smoothly (e.g. HubSpot). Ability to analyze the collected data to improve processes and suggest next steps.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1 - 3+ years Marketing Experience at a media agency, B2B SaaS company, or esports team/agency
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools, social media measurement software &
  • Data-driven and analytical: You are hypothesis-driven and are able to structure, implement, and evaluate growth experiments with a creative and innovative mindset
