Stream-Aid is looking for a rockstar, Director of Acquisition & Growth. The Director of Acquisition & Growth will bring deep digital marketing knowledge and strong strategy and content skills to lead the overall growth of targeted users on our platform. The ideal candidate must be Twitch savvy, good at communicating, an analytical thinker, know how to execute acquisition and growth strategies, be a creative thinker, have knowledge of esports, streamers and the gaming niche, be a proactive self-starter, a problem solver and detail oriented. Bridging marketing expertise, marketing knowledge, and quantitative, fact-based approaches this leader will define and refine our growth strategies for key target audiences, and how we market to them. She/he will oversee projects to engage and convert these target audiences into active users on our platform. She/he will define marketing acquisition issues and identify how marketing & sales facts, data, and decisions link to overall business strategy issues with a focus on driving new users to the platform. She/he will ensure the brand is infused into acquisition and viral growth communications across all channels and touchpoints and to targeted audiences to meet sales and growth objectives. Additionally, you will have responsibility for achieving our Growth KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

This is a senior marketing role, you must have extensive experience in acquisition and growth. Please do not apply if you do not have a proven background in marketing and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy: Lead acquisition and viral growth creative strategies by being the voice of the brand, ensuring collateral is as accretive to the brand as possible, without sacrificing performance. Effectively evaluate acquisition and viral growth creative assets and concepts to ensure that creative ideas are executed in a way that is aligned with our brand, timely, relevant to and resonant with our target audiences.

Marketing Strategy: Create and execute acquisition campaigns & content strategy based on key trends and drivers derived from data and insights. Work cross-functionally to determine the best feature positioning, messaging, channel and go-to-market strategy. Ensure campaign and content strategies align to platform feature releases and ongoing testing roadmaps. All strategies should deliver strong acquisition results and be measured with KPIs.

Campaign & Process Leadership: Within end-to-end integrated campaign process, connect the dots and navigate any issues/roadblocks between creative, media, earned media, measurement strategies and tactics. Craft and successfully deliver strategic narrative to gain cross-functional alignment and inspire decision and action.

Ongoing Testing: Lead robust acquisition and viral growth testing agenda to drive relevant innovation that leverages new channels and formats to improve acquisition results via segmentation, targeting and personalized messaging.

This is a full-time position to join a growing startup located in the greater Los Angeles area. Compensation to be determined and an equity option to be included. The person hired shall work remote, since we do not have offices yet.
