The Technical Director for the Star Stable Franchise role will set up a vision for tech, one that is aligned with the business needs, supports decision making, and provides inspiration for our teams. Establishing strategic steps towards making the vision a reality, ensuring buy-in, supporting decision-making, driving accountability towards results, facilitating the solutioning process, and maintaining an overall view are critical responsibilities for this role.
The Star Stable Franchise currently encompasses our cross-platform MMO, Star Stable Online, companion apps, and all the support tech and backend necessary to sustain our live operations. A network of teams drives the delivery of new systems and features across all the products and functions. The Technical Director for the franchise will ensure that we have the vision that helps everyone moving in the same direction.
