In 2011 we set out with the mission to change the gaming industry and make really great games for girls. Besides being the makers of one of the most popular MMOs in the world today, we offer apps, books, music, and moving images for our players to bring the adventure with them wherever they go. But it doesn't stop there. At Star Stable Entertainment, we always strive to improve our products. We often have exciting initiatives that we believe can greatly improve the experience for our players. And we need someone to drive them. So this is where we hope that you will come on board and help us.

The challenge

We are continuously improving the technology that powers up Star Stable Online, solving complex challenges, and delivering new capabilities and tools to enhance the experience for our players and game creators in ways that make a difference.

In the role of Producer for Game Tech, you will enable effective communication with stakeholders, support the identifying of needs, find the best approach to align outcomes to outputs, validate the assumptions, and establish a workflow that leads to delivery.

You will be responsible for managing the team's priorities, establishing decision-making processes, and owning and mitigating potential risks.

We want you to proactively enable and manage a creative environment in which your team can feel strong and healthy and where team members can do their best work. Working together and bringing in several perspectives is the way to go, so we hope that you also prefer a cross-functional way of working and will be a driver for it, continuously improving collaboration.

Our users are our guides and inspiration for new products and live services. You will enable your team in exploring user-centric solutions that best connect the delivery to the overall strategy and desired outcomes. Together with your team, you are accountable for your work quality.

Sounds like your next journey?

We believe the profile we are looking for has a few years of experience as a technical producer, technical project manager, development director, delivery lead, or similar role.

You have been working in the games industry for a while, and you know how to support your thinking with player and business insights, navigating both qualitative and quantitative data and ensuring that the team has access to those insights as well.

A solid technical or design background is an advantage, as you will be driving technical initiatives.
