As a result, we’re looking for an Account Manager with a passion for competition and an understanding of mobile gaming. You would be joining as the company’s first Account Manager (with the potential to take on a managerial role) and would be instrumental in shaping our new process.

Our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

We’re based in Central London, venture-backed, and we aim to change the gaming industry by providing a competition worthy of the skills and self-belief of players everywhere. We’ve built a skills-based gaming platform that connects players who want to play their favorite games for money and prizes.

Desirable Attributes:

  • A passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional client relationships.
  • A self-starter and natural leader: think big – we’re here to win.
  • 2-3 Years of Mobile game vendor or SSP account management experience.
  • Proven Mobile Game monetization experience, including advertising or game optimization.
  • Managing multiple clients or key stakeholders.
  • Experience with mobile gaming clients and/or passionate about games (mobile games is a bonus!)
  • The ability to articulately lead proposals and presentations.
  • Excellent mobile gaming industry knowledge and a thirst for staying ahead of the curve.
  • A keen awareness of financials and an understanding of how to positively present proposals to the client.
  • Previous experience of implementing and managing robust organisational processes for client relationship management.
  • Comfortable thinking strategically: using data & insights to grow relationships & identify and solve problems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Owning client relationship post-sales. Providing white-glove service to your accounts, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client-facing questions.
  • Providing customer insights to your clients as a data storyteller. Delivering our message to your clients during QBRs, meetings, and events that demonstrate an understanding of the market, your customers’ business goals & answer objections.
  • Identifying and implementing growth strategies across your business. Must be comfortable upselling clients on new tactics and products.
  • Providing customer insight to the Product team for new features, functionality and enhancements. Serving as business owner for mobile game developer-facing products.
  • Monitoring day-to-day account management tactics across key accounts with an eye towards identifying growth opportunities and/or potential account issues.
  • Overseeing on-boarding of new mobile games onto the Stakester platform
  • Working with existing mobile game developer clients to encourage and recommend new games to be designed & developed for the Stakester platform
  • Advising mobile game developers with their marketing and promotion efforts

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £35k-40k p/a + percentage of profits
