Overview

Stacked is a new mobile app for anime watch parties. Create your own room with friends or join a public one and watch the latest episodes of your favorite anime with our community of anime fanatics!

The Work

  • Watch anime daily - Host public anime watch parties on Stacked and watch episodes of your favorite anime. We're looking for someone who can commit at least 30 hours/week. Seriously, you'll get paid to watch anime!
  • Be an amazing host - Hundreds of people install our app every day — create a welcoming room for our new members and make sure everyone is having a great time. Greet every new user and overwhelm them with kindness. It's hard to find a friendly place online these days!
  • Champion our culture and help craft it - The culture of our community will be created by how our community manager behave. Lead by example so our members understand how to treat each other.

Qualifications

  • You must love anime - We are looking for authentic community managers who live and breathe anime.
  • You have experience building communities - Building a community entails winning over members one by one. Experience building one successfully (via Discord, Twitter, Twitch) is a huge plus.
  • You have high empathy - You must be kind. You feel like a user's problem is your problem.
  • You are proficient in English and a native Portuguese speaker - You must be able to communicate with our team in english and our Brazilian members in Portuguese.

Compensation

  • $3-5 USD/hour - bonuses are available based on performance
  • Non-monetary compensation: hundreds of followers/day - As the dedicated community manager of Brazil, you will receive hundreds of followers each day as a recommended account to follow
