Job Summary

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with extensive coordination and administration experience to join the HR team in our London Office. London is the European Corporate HQ for Square Enix and teams here support the business across a wide range of functions including; Game Development, Web Development, QA Testing, Game Localisation, Manufacturing, Export and Distribution, Mobile Game Development, Community, Performance Marketing, PR, Finance, Analytics, Legal and probably a few others too.

You will be accountable for all administration and candidate communication as well as being a champion of process for the Talent Acquisition team.

Our ideal candidate will be organised, approachable, comfortable with change and working in a diverse fast-paced environment. You should have significant experience in administration, and be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Deliverables

Deliverables

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to standardise job descriptions and save them in the correct location
  • Advertise opportunities on appropriate channels
  • Maintain a high level of candidate experience
  • Taking pride in accuracy of work and process
  • Finding ways to improve the efficiency of current processes
  • Regular reporting on status of tasks to Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Ownership of recruitment inbox
  • Management of referral scheme tracker
  • Scheduling of interviews using Workable, our ATS
  • Corresponding with candidates at every stage of the process, ensuring timely feedback and responses to questions
  • Liaising with the admin team to arrange visitors to the office (Post-Covid)
  • Ownership of Purchase Orders (Agresso) and Legal requests (Conga)
  • Working with IT on new starter requests

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a top notch service led approach to all hiring activity
  • Influencing managers by championing Talent Acquisition best practice
  • Working with Talent Acquisition Lead to deliver best practice processes to the business
  • Identify process improvements to improve productivity
