The Sales Administrator will be responsible for data collection and reporting, working closely with the Sales team to provide support and analysis to the business.
Working with the Sales Team
Support the Sales team with provisions administration and processing.
Gathering Data and updating weekly sell through reports.
Data collection and updating ad hoc reports.
Monthly update of Box and Digital sales by product.
Develop professional relationships with distribution partners sales, and marketing teams.
Work closely with the Sales team to help deliver best results.
Audit of Trade listings and activities and adjusting if necessary.
Develop back-office skills – manging stock, back orders, and deliveries. Organising requirements for samples and pre-order item; and allocation by working with logistics and project leads.
Processing new contracts through internal systems and working with legal teams.
Entering stock orders using internal systems and collaborating with Operations teams.
Candidate will be assessed on:
Contribution to delivering revenue and profit target
Delivering to personal KPI’s
EU Sales Director, Export Marketing Director, and Senior Sales Manager very closely, Operations team, Accounts receivable, Legal.
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience working in the entertainment industry is a plus
Experience working in export or international markets being a plus
Knowledge of videogames industry
A proven track - record of delivery and results
Second European language
Passion for video games
