Job Summary:

To provide business systems support for the Square Enix user community and partners. Working closely with UBW users in the UK, Hamburg, Paris, Montreal, San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. This role can be remote if needed

Requirements

Key Deliverables:

  • Provide day to day support & problem resolution for all UBW users.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate 1st line support provided by local IT teams across the SEW sites.
  • Co-ordinate 1st line to 3rd line support with 3rd Party partners in the application support development of UBW.
  • Provide user training & coaching to all UBW users including the 3rd party partners.
  • Maintain system configuration documentation for Business Systems.
  • Create new reports & troubleshoot existing reporting for all offices.
  • Liaise with Finance, Sales, IT, Ops and HR department on Business Systems related issues.
  • Assist financial planning and analysis section with Month End data extracts and UBW queries relating to OCRA/Prevero (Unit4 Consolidation Tool)
  • Assist with development projects, system upgrades, updates and installing patches.
  • Assist with Timesheet Management and HR Reporting
  • Support the Sales and HR Database Management within UBW
  • Lead and assist in projects and product developments for UBW across SEW
  • Responsible for the maintenance of J-Sox and ITGSC processes involving Change and Incident Management, Access Control and Starter/Leaver interaction with the ERP solution.
  • Provide Project Management support for developments and major implementations involving the applications managed by Business Systems
  • Complete business analysis requirements for any prospective development or integration needed to be completed by the team.

Head of Business Systems, Financial Controllers, Accounting teams, IT, Sales and Operations.

Knowledge & Experience:

Essential

  • Proven background in UBW support of v5.7/M7 upwards across a multi-client and location environment.
  • Involved in at least one full implementation and/or upgrade cycle. 5-10 yearsโ€™ experience of using UBW
  • Knowledge of the underlying configuration of and experience in supporting the following Agresso modules: System Admin, Common (Workflow, Modeller, utilising Knowlys and Widgets), Financials (Core, FIC, FAs and YE), Logistics(PO, SO, Product and Inventory Management), Planner and Resource Planning, Expenses, HR (Masterfile), PCB (Timesheet Management)
  • Prior experience of interfacing systems with UBW using EDI or ETL
  • Experience Training Users
  • Experience using MS SQL and running TSQL queries

Desirable:

  • A very good grasp of accounting principles and sales concepts.
  • Knowledge of consolidation processes and integration with ERP solutions.
  • Understanding of working within industry-standard service management methods such as ITIL.
  • Aware of HR processes and policies.
  • Knowledge of Logistical processes specifically stock management within UBW.
  • Used Project Management tools to track the status of projects

Competencies, Skills & Attributes:

Essential:

  • Strong technical operational and reporting
  • skills, creating and managing solutions involving RESQL, Excelerators, AG16s, BIFs and other UBW products.
  • A logical, well organised but flexible approach with an attention to detail
  • Experience in a commercial enterprise
  • Ability to investigate and problem solve.
  • Feels at ease working with operational and finance staff, and able to deal sympathetically with their system-related issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills: Is confident speaking on the phone and e-mailing to colleagues, 3rd party suppliers and contractors.
  • Has a willingness to question existing set up and procedures, and to suggest improvements & efficiencies.
  • Pro-active approach to work: Constantly looking for ways to improve the system.

Desirable:

  • Familiar UNIT4 Financial Performance Management (Prevero)/OCRA
  • Good understanding of creating, managing and migrating AMC, Mobile Apps, ARC and Worderator reports
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technologies, such as cloud based ERP environments and 2FA security.
  • Awareness of using different project management methodologies, such as PRINCE 2.
  • Awareness of using JIRA or MS Planner in a Project Management capacity.
