Overview
This position will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Relations, Corporate Development and External Affairs department in special projects and day-to-day tasks related to civic initiatives, as well and community and international relations. The position may be required to assist the Corporate Development with initiatives such as research and quarterly presentations.

Responsibilities
- Support External Affairs with Summer League trip planning for dignitaries, and legislative closing.
- Support Corporate Relations team with day-to-day tasks, and projects such as the San Marcos International project, Centro San Antonio, and Community Arts projects.
- Efficiently manage and organize data and information.
- Support Corporate Development with Mexico and Esports research as well as Sports Business Journal research.
- Support and assist in planning for events, for example hosting organizations for breakfast or lunch at the AT&T Center.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current college student majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, English, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Oral and written communication skills
- Customer service skills required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Partnership aptitude required
- Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
