1. As a talented video manager to create and curate recorded/raw footage into a finished project that is suitable for digital consumption through content creators.

2. Someone who can identify, pitch, and produce fresh, and engaging video formats on YouTube in line with the interests of the general gaming audience.

Key responsibilities

• To coordinate with the content team for topics
• To assign these topics to the video creators
• Finalise the video post suggesting edits, etc
  
• Upload the video with proper Title, Description, Tags, Thumbnail
  
• Boost the video to get subscribers, get community posts, etc
• Prepare a monthly report on performance and suggest course corrections
  
• Manager content creator roster

What we look for:

• Prior experience in Digital/Performance Marketing and SEO
  
• Prior experience in managing video channels/platforms will be an added advantage
  
• A basic understanding of Social Media Management
