THE ROLE

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated BRAND MARKETING COORDINATOR who wants build experience in the videogame industry. In this position, you will assist in the development of marketing campaigns and play a lead role in executing on marketing campaigns for our games. Reporting to the Global Brand Manager, you will work with the marketing and development teams to track development milestones and manage an asset calendar, events schedule and coordinate activities of internal and external teams working on your games. You will assist in partnering with 1st parties, influencers, IP holders, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop effective and broad-reaching marketing campaigns designed to evolve and grow alongside our live games.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with brand marketing team to develop the global brand strategies that encompass target demographics, positioning, brand objectives and communication timelines
  • Execute tactical go to market and post launch campaigns to support major marketing milestones
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across every area of the marketing mix (creative assets, digital, PR, media, promotions, partnerships, events, community, etc.)
  • Work with the Research and Insights team to derive insights and refine target market and messaging
  • Execute innovative cross promotional marketing activities that drives IP fan fervor into our games
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing metrics, press and influencer coverage, and other marketing related activities that will be disseminated to the senior leadership and game teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Entry-level up to 2 years experience; videogame marketing experience a plus but not required
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across development, external agencies and other departments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and teams involved in decisions – experience working with Slack and/or other team organization tools a plus
  • Willing and able to work in project management (especially agency management), analysis and the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
  • Results oriented, self-motivated
