A part time position, the LAN Center Coaching staff will work closely with the local Geneva communities for after school programs, esports demonstrations with local high schools, home schooling groups, and summer camp participants. Estimated at 30/hours a month on average, this is a great way to showcase your coaching skills, build a coaching portfolio, and grow with the program.

In this role you will work primarily with high school students who are looking to learn more about esports as they explore different titles, learn the basics of team work, in game mechanics, and get health and wellness coaching. Necessary skills include: patience with new players, the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for experienced and new gamers alike, interface with high school administrators and explain core concepts around gaming/esports edu pipeline, troubleshoot common PC problems in conjunction with the LAN Center Manager, and the ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members to deliver a memorable experience for all the gamers that come through our doors!

Please note that this role requires you to be on campus for the events you are scheduled to work, remote options are currently not available.
