The General Manager of esports will work closely with the Director of Esports and the Head Coaching Staff at SPIRE Institute to develop the best possible curriculum and process for our students and clients. Whether it is onboarding new schools, speaking with parents about all esports has to offer, or making sure that client organizations have everything they need to succeed while on campus, the General Manager makes sure that everything is just so. There will be many moving pieces to working at SPIRE, creativity, a growth mindset, a willingness to tackle problems as they arise, and a proactive vision for what you think is lacking in the esports industry would all be welcome additions to our standout staff.

Collaborative thought process, high attention to detail, with strong opinions about how things ought to be done are all qualities that will serve you well in this role.
