Sperasoft is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior 3D Artist to join our dynamic art team.

As a Senior 3D Artist you will collaborate with the art and design teams to create visually stunning and immersive environments and props. Your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing and rendering will contribute to the overall visual quality of the many AAA+ products we work on, ensuring an exceptional player experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and create both: high polygonal models and real-time game assets matching (or exceeding) project and studio standards

  • Work with Lead Artist to ensure timely completion of game assets

  • Communicate regularly with the Lead Artist and Project Manager regarding the status of current tasks

  • Obtain Lead Artist guidance and approval as required to advance tasks

  • Help Lead Artist or develop briefs and documents for asset creation and training

  • Explore new technologies on the given platforms to achieve best possible results

  • Share information, ideas, and suggestions with the team members and the client

  • Work with Junior team members to improve their artistic and technical skills

  • Continue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and / or in-house tools

  • Contribute to the team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working experience as an Environment/3D Props Artist

  • Solid experience in modeling, sculpting and texturing environment components using 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush and Photoshop (or equivalent packages) shown in portfolio

  • Ability to create interesting, detailed and visually appealing artistic environments without supervision

  • Be proficient with the software packages and tools of the games industry

  • Experience with Game Engine Technologies such as Unity, Unreal or Frostbite

  • Excellent understanding of form, shape, structure and silhouette with regard to modeling

  • Experience with managing polygon count and texture budgets

  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team oriented environment

  • Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude

  • Good English communication and writing skills
