Sparkd Studios is a production studio based in Los Angeles, California, that specializes in content creation and ideation specifically for Esports. We have worked with multiple teams and organizations for photo shoots, event coverage, content series and creative staffing. Among some of them: Faze, Gfuel, Epsilon, Splyce, Ghost Gaming and EGL. We also specialize in Talent hunting and staffing, facilitating the connection of our talented contractors with teams and clients in need of these services.

Job Description:

As Interim Marketing Manager, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for a specific feature set and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate both internal and external stakeholders about our services and their benefits.
  • Create product content (e.g. Onboarding talent, new clients, new services, case studies, website copy, blog posts, etc.)
  • Assist members of our team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product to help facilitate new deals.
  • Promote the story of our company
  • Measure and optimize our marketing efforts based on campaign results and marketing initiatives built by you.

Requirements:

  • Currently Enrolled in School OR graduate ready to help Sparkd Studios grow.
  • Familiar with Esports industry members: teams, orgs, creative talent and sponsors, among others.
  • Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management would be great.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a good amount of writing ideas in this role.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing. You will be expected to build campaigns for our social media and website to properly portray our services and relevant work that we want to promote. The end goal is to bring new clients in.
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization when it comes to communication with anyone outside, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
