Sparkd Studios is an Esports production studio based in Los Angeles, California, that specializes in content creation, talent representation and production of events and film-grade campaigns in Esports. We have worked with multiple teams and organizations for photo shoots, event coverage, content series and creative staffing. Among some of them: Faze, Gfuel, Pro Blast, Smash GG, Thunder Gaming, Splyce, Ghost Gaming and EGL. We also have grown to specialize in Talent hunting and staffing, facilitating the connection of our talented contractors with teams and clients in need of these services.

This position
You will be responsible for helping general client communication tracking, and processing and handling some of the day to day financial necessities, including processing invoices, financial reports, and gathering contractors information. The candidate should be detail-oriented and must have some working experience with the accounting/financial field to help book keeping
Job Description & Requirements
- Process and track invoices, credit card charges, and collections from clients and payments to contractors
- Gather Monthly financial reports
- Prepare tax information for contractors yearly (1099's)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting/financial field
- Works independently, detail-oriented, and you are organized
- Must work remotely, this position is part-time on project bases, good for anyone looking for an extra income trying to break into Esports.
- Must have impeccable written communication
Plus Points:
- If you live in LA, that's even better so we can meet often
- Esport experience is a plus but not needed
- If you have handled help to producers before and are comfortable assisting with other daily needs that's a plus too.
