We are looking to welcome yet another brilliant Marketing Data Analyst into our Analytics team, where you will work to understand our gamers’ behaviour, and work with the game teams to improve the product, drive retention & user conversion.

About the role:
As part of our Marketing Analytics team you will be using data analysis to answer business questions and enhance our marketing knowledge. You will be joining a team of very talented and experienced data analysts and data scientists, partnering with game teams and marketing experts with the goal to drive revenue and growth. In addition, you will be using the latest technical stack and challenged to apply advanced scientific tools and methods.
As a data analyst, you will be providing insights on every aspect of our Marketing and User Acquisition strategy: from the analysis of our acquisition metrics trends to the evaluation of the impact of our digital branding actions. You will be delving into user journeys, conversion paths and ensuring the consistency of our marketing data. You'll have to be ready to deal with ad-hoc requests if both important and urgent tasks.
You will be:
- Using predictive analytics to support key decisions by senior stakeholders
- Communicating, defining and visualizing analysis and results to senior stakeholders
- Coding and deploying models that will be embedded in our ongoing data processes, working closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of your findings and metrics by exploring and analyzing data
- Collaborating with other data analysts and data scientists in complex prediction, estimation and optimization projects, involving advanced statistics and machine learning.
About you:
- Experience applying analytics methods and creating dashboards and visualising findings with front-end visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, maths or engineering.
- Relevant experience in SQL and databases.
- Good coding skills in Python or R for data exploratory analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, know how to work in a team, prioritize and manage your own workload.
- You are a team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Self starter mindset, you can work with minimal oversight and deliver high quality results.
- You are eager to gain experience in a fast paced environment, facing challenging technical and scientific problems Curiosity about everything & ability to innovate & work independently
Nice-to have:
- Mobile gaming or mobile ecommerce experience
- Good knowledge of mobile performance marketing is a huge bonus
