Job Description

We are delighted to be looking for a Lead Artist to join one of our largest and most successful games. We are looking for a strong manager to lead a team of incredibly talented artists and animators working on a huge Socialpoint IP. Role Responsibilities

Define pipeline processes, art bibles, style guides and briefs.
Define, assign, prioritize, and ensure delivery of tasks in time.
Research, test out and communicate new processes and techniques.
Ensure and facilitate communication with other departments.
Collect all department knowledge and keep it up to date.
Acts as a mentor, providing training in technical, artistic and industry knowledge.
Show clear decision making and poise during challenging situations.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

High level of English, both written and spoken (English is our official language!)
4 years + of experience in the gaming industry.
Able to validate all (quality and technical) aspects of Art
Highly organized and able to act rationally and professionally under pressure.
Experienced collaborating with external vendors and outsourcing partners.
Highly proactive, self-driven and customer focused
Great team player and always with a smile.
