ROLE OVERVIEW:

SoaR Gaming serves as a gateway for consumer brands to reach the coveted gaming audience. We work with our brand partners to create integrated marketing campaigns across all major social media platforms that allow brands to engage with our substantial fan following.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for supporting the SoaR Gaming team in the day to day account management of all of our incredible brand partners. This includes tracking and maintaining partner deliverables with our Sales Team, Social Media Managers, Talent Managers, and General Management team. Your key responsibilities will include forging and fostering relationships with partners, tracking partnership performance, executing partnership deliverables, and maintaining the highest level of communication and service to our brand partners at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage SoaR’s partner relationships, which includes:
    • Consistent communication with SoaR Partners at all times.
    • Ensure all partner deliverables and KPIs are met.
    • Understand partner needs and ensure they are addressed.
    • Manage campaign tracking and reporting.
    • Assist in organizing and sourcing campaign deliverables.
    • Aid the SoaR team in campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with SoaR’s Sales Team on new business opportunities.
  • Participate in key meetings for partnership deliverables and content roll out.
  • Flexibility to add value in other areas of SoaR Gaming.

AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a prior account management role.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and operate the day to day within the Organization.
  • Ability to manage reporting for company KPI’s.
  • Strong written, visual, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides and the ability to develop presentation materials for brand partners and internal management.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and resilience who can excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Possessing a passion for gaming and experience working in the gaming space is a plus.
