Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to (other duties may be assigned):

  • Collaborate with the international marketing team and develop marketing, PR and community strategies in Portuguese speaking markets
  • Keep the community up-to-date, write and communicate game and event updates in Portuguese on forums and social media
  • Identify and build productive long-term relationships with key Portuguese influencers and media outlets across a variety of online platforms
  • Measure, analyze and report on marketing performances and develop best practices
  • Generate regular feedback reports on top issues, concerns and feedback from the community including courses of action
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and conduct competitive market research

Education/Experience:

  • Fluent in Portuguese language and understands the cultural nuances of communities
  • 2+ years of experience working in video games, or digital marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking, problem solver with a growth mindset
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on ensuring work is accurate and on strategy
  • Roughly 20 hours per week; available at local peak hours and strategic posting times strongly preferred
  • Experience with the sandbox survival genre is a plus
