Sledgehammer Games, an award-winning studio behind such titles as Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Call of Duty: WW2, and Call of Duty: Vanguard, is looking to find an exceptional individual to oversee the studio’s Narrative Department. We’re looking for a talented developer who can help lead the team and explore new ways to deliver unique and exciting stories within our titles. You’ll have a unique opportunity to help define the narrative vision within the studio and how we communicate our worlds and stories to players.

You will work with the creative director, the narrative designers, and the larger development team to make sure that the story is being told in the best way possible. This is a highly collaborative position and will require working with all disciplines within the studio to help define how story is integrated.

We at Sledgehammer believe that our stories are made richer and more interesting when they’re created by people from all walks of life. We’d like to encourage everyone to apply for this exciting opportunity if you feel like your unique experiences and vision for game development can bring something new to the team.
