What You Will Do

  • Assist in scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Help move direct applicants through the pipeline and help Recruiters identify top talent
  • Help manage candidate flow through our applicant tracking systems
  • Provide a fast and memorable experience for every candidate that has interaction with Skillz
  • Assist with diversity related projects within Recruiting
  • Participate in daily meetings to discuss top priority jobs, current candidate pipelines and interviews that are being facilitated

Your Skillz

  • Degree from a four year college or university
  • 2 years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships with both internal members at Skillz, as well as external candidates being recruited into the organization
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
  • Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly that you aren’t familiar with (i.e. Google Docs, Google Drive, Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
