Skillz has enabled hundreds of game developers to add competitive dynamics for real world prizes to create entirely new play experiences, opportunities for monetization, and a new way to make e-sports more inclusive for everyone.

The Product Manager - Developer Integration will focus on making the Skillz SDK more efficient to implement, more extensible in functionality, and more enjoyable for game developers to work with. This role owns the experience of our game developers as they implement Skillz functionality – including our synchronous game server capabilities. As Skillz moves beyond mobile gaming this Product Manager will help expand the capabilities of the SDK while ensuring that it exceeds expectations on all platforms.

What you'll do as a PM at Developer Experience:

Plan a metrics-driven roadmap of features to enable efficient, extensible, and enjoyable implementation of the Skillz SDK and functionality
Lead the product development team to develop, ship, and gather insight from these features
Perform analysis to optimize feature performance and propose product rollout plans
Partner with UX researchers to perform generative and evaluative studies that inform good UI/UX design
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure responsiveness to developer need
Create wireframes, write user stories and specifications to inform and guide developers
Maintain processes to ensure documentation, reports and plans are accurate and complete
Work alongside teammates who care about building great products as much as you do

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in product management, product development, management consulting, quantitative analysis or similar field
Degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics or other quantitative field
Ability to approach complex problems and transform them into simple and elegant solutions
Understanding of data analysis and using testing methods to inform decisions
Strong communication skills and comfortable liaising between technical and non-technical partners
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to respond to feedback and implement ideas in a changing environment
