Who We’re Looking For:

Skillz is looking for a tenacious, innovative and driven IT Specialist to support all IT needs. This role will support our Executive team in the LAS office as needed, owning their issues and driving them to resolution. This role will report to the IT Manager within our operations team but will partner with team members throughout the business to identify needs and resolve issues to match the growth of our rapidly scaling business.

What You Will Do:

  • Support our end-users with any IT issues that may arise, delivering world class service within SLA’s

  • Follow processes required in daily work for company compliance with federal regulations and infrastructure security

  • Support Executives on-site in LAS

  • Prioritize and fulfill incoming IT requests

  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding

  • Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues

Your Skillz:

  • Four year degree (or a great reason why you don't have one)

  • 5+ years of work experience in IT

  • Customer service oriented

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience supporting C-Suite/Executive level staff

  • Excellent troubleshooting / critical thinking skills

  • Experience with desktop or laptop support

  • Experience Macs and PCs (OSX and Windows 10/11)

  • Process oriented, with the ability to develop and execute IT processes

  • General understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts

  • Experience with Google Workspace or Office365 management

  • Experience with a ticketing system such as JIRA Service Management
