Head of FP&A, Product / Ops

We are seeking a head of embedded FP&A who will serve as the primary FP&A business partner for either the product or operations department. The ideal candidate for this role is highly analytical and data-driven, but also people-oriented and driven by aligning teams toward setting and hitting shared objectives. You will own all aspects of FP&A for the department, including but not limited to forecasting, operational KPI setting and reporting, and budget / spend management. The ideal candidate for this role has been the primary FP&A business partner for product or ops organizations before and has built out embedded FP&A teams before.

What You Will Do:

• Embed within the product or operations organization, acting as a go-between between the Finance team and the business
• Manage the org to hitting its major financial and operational objectives
• Build out a world-class embedded FP&A organization
• Represent the product or operations organization during CFO financial and operational reviews
• Manage executive reporting and analytics related to your organization’s financial and operational targets

Your Skillz:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferably Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or similar fields
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A
• Background in consulting or investment banking desired, but not required
• Experience managing an embedded FP&A team
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
• Experience working in a fast-growing technology company preferred
• “Can do” attitude and team player
• Detail and action-oriented
