What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven teammate to develop cross-functional business analytics. As a Finance Analytics Associate, your technical expertise will support data analyses and strategic initiatives across our teams within Finance such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Investor Relation. You will also partner with our Analytics teams along with Business Development, User Acquisition, and Sales to aggregate metric reporting across the organization into digestible and concise views for our Executive team. Your data-driven solutions will provide actionable insights into our business’ performance and enable strategic decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze financial performance and initiatives
  • Create dashboards utilizing SQL and Tableau
  • Drive cross-functional automation projects
  • Support financial data analysis across teams

Your Skillz:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferably Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or similar fields
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence or Finance Operations roles
  • Intermediate SQL / Database experience
  • Intermediate dashboard building experience
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience working in a fast-growing technology company preferred
  • “Can do” attitude and team player
  • Detail and action-oriented
