Job Overview:

As an associate on our Finance & Strategy team, not only will you fully immerse yourself in all elements of our business, you will also be responsible for owning projects related to our corporate finance, investor relations, and M&A processes. You will be relied on to translate what’s happening in the business into a language that investors understand, as well as providing feedback from the market/investors to help us prioritize our investments. You will use data-driven insights to support our corporate strategy, capital raising and M&A activities. Your recommendations will play a critical role in helping shape our company's strategic direction. You will work with a small team, managing your own workstream(s) as you go.

What You Will Do:

  • Own all capital raising marketing materials
  • Lead preparation of our quarterly board presentation and monthly board reporting
  • Participate in investor conferences with executives
  • Support equity and debt capital raising processes
  • Evaluate potential strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities
  • Manage various corporate finance projects

Your Skillz:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience (2-5 years in investment banking or management consulting)
  • Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Clear oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to face shifting priorities and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Excellence in ambiguous and complex situations (clarity of vision)
