What We’re Looking For

As an Associate on our Corporate Development team, not only will you fully immerse yourself in all elements of our business, you will also be responsible for owning projects related to our M&A program. You will be relied on to identify, evaluate, and manage the due diligence process for potential acquisitions & venture investments. You will use data-driven insights from your financial analysis to develop perspectives on valuation and fit. Your recommendations will play a critical role in helping shape our company's strategic direction. You will work with a small team, managing your own workstream(s) as you go.

What You Will Do

  • Own the identification and evaluation of acquisitions and investments
  • Manage target pipeline in salesforce
  • Project manage the due diligence process
  • Own the valuation analysis for all acquisitions and investments
  • Build relationships with bankers, lawyers and venture capitalists for deal sourcing

Your Skillz

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience (2+ years in investment banking or corporate development)
  • Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Excellent financial modeling experience
  • Strong attention to detail and project management
  • Clear oral and written communication
  • Excellence in ambiguous and complex situations (clarity of vision)
  • Industry domain expertise working with growth companies or in TMT sectors
