Forge alternate worlds that deepen players' lives! We're a game development studio based in Los Angeles, dedicated to the idea that online games can deliver deeper, more meaningful experiences.

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with a keen eye for detail and a knack for providing an exceptional candidate experience. This role will support our Head of People by coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates move through our process seamlessly. This role can be located in Los Angeles, CA or remote within California, Oregon, or Washington.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule video interviews and onsite interviews across different disciplines and teams (and across time zones)
  • Coordinate and ensure hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates receive timely communications
  • Maintain recruitment data via our applicant tracking system (ATS) and update our weekly recruiting board
  • Exceptional professionalism and thoughtfulness with communication, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in high volume scheduling
  • Meticulous attention to detail; Ensure accuracy with interview times, links, and candidate data
  • Experience with administrative tools and programs
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree with major areas of study in Psychology, Communications, Sociology, or related field; or cumulative experience in recruiting

Preferred:

  • Ability and interest to grow into a sourcing or recruiting role
  • Experience within a tech company or startup environment
  • Passion for games is ideal
  • Relevant experience within a startup environment, or with tech companies

Location:

  • On-site in Los Angeles, CA (once back in office) unless noted above
