We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is highly creative, a social native, and a master collaborator. As a member of the Publishing Team, you will be wielding your talents to craft campaigns that drive excitement and loyalty, driving to our core value: Player-obsession. As part of a rapidly growing studio, being passionate about games, cultivating a growth mindset, and having a fearless approach to problem-solving are a must.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the digital strategy across our digital, media, and social channels
  • Craft compelling campaigns that deepen our relationship with our players and builds affinity to our games
  • Lead day-to-day execution of our digital campaigns, collaborating with publishing, development, and external teams
  • Manage multiple platforms and pages which include Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Evaluate campaign results to determine and prioritize efforts, develop insights, and measure program impact
  • Stay up-to-date on market and channel trends, identify new and meaningful ways to connect with our players, and establish best practices
  • Manage agency relationships and partners as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a content, social, or digital marketing manager
  • Experience in building creative and communications across all forms of media
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Proficiency in social channels and digital platforms
  • Motivated by creating great games and a passionate gamer on your own time

Preferred:

  • Professional experience working with live service games, massively multiplayer games, or online game platforms
  • Experience working with 3rd party partners or regional teams
  • Graphic design or video editing skills or experience

Location:

  • On-site in Los Angeles, CA (once back in office) unless noted above
