Simplicity Esports is an premium social gaming lounge, this position is for candidates that have personality, who can be an entertainer, and promote sales. You DO NOT need gaming experience, we will teach you!

Customer Experience Specialist (CES): We are looking for someone who likes to interact and have fun with people of all ages and must have a drive to succeed. This position is a very fun position with the majority of the time spent each day having fun with the customers and making sure every customer is treated like a “Very Important Person”. Simplicity Esports is a social gaming lounge and this requires that the Customer Experience Specialist create fun social experiences for each customer. We are looking for someone that wants to high five every customer, someone who is outgoing, sincere, and has a genuine desire to be the host of the party!

The Customer Experience Specialist will report to the Store Manager and will assist in all aspects of the store that the store owner and corporate management team determine are necessary including brand management. The Customer Experience Specialist is a sales position and will be evaluated on primarily on their own sales performance and will be rewarded based on performance. The CES also will be evaluated on customer professionalism and communication with Store Manager, owners and the corporate team. Training is provided which consists of a 4-day instore training program. Please do not apply if you are looking for a j-o-b, we want someone who is motivated to succeed. Simplicity Esports offers a competitive pay package based on experience. Previous retail experience preferred but not required. Simplicity Esports is an EOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and Closing procedures
  • Cash handling
  • Ensure sales quotas are met/exceeded
  • Ensure all aspects of the store are organized and clean
  • Provide premium customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong local community of customers
  • Follow all operating procedures
