## Description

Silent Modz is looking for a hands-on CEO and ownership operating partner to lead the next stage of an established custom gaming-controller and accessories brand.

This is a genuine ownership partnership with no cash salary initially. A capital contribution is contemplated. Remote work is welcome; working in Columbus is optional.

The business already has products, inventory, an ecommerce storefront, and a history of profitable sales. Our brand roots date to 2008. We want to build a stronger operation around that foundation and grow it with discipline.

WHAT YOU WOULD LEAD

• Daily operations, priorities, and performance reporting.

• Profitable customer acquisition and ecommerce growth.

• Hiring, team management, and operating processes.

• Budgeting, cash-flow planning, and coordination across marketing, customer service, and fulfillment.

• Commercial partnerships for a physical-products business.

The founder would remain Founder and President and continue to lead product direction, sourcing, brand, and distribution. Responsibilities and decision-making authority would be agreed together.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You have run a consumer-products or ecommerce business, owned a P&L, managed people, and delivered measurable improvements in profitability. Gaming hardware or consumer-electronics experience is especially relevant. Be ready to explain what you changed, the results, and your personal contribution.

PARTNERSHIP

The business currently operates through the founder’s company, Silent Mines Inc. The proposed partnership would be in a newly formed Silent Modz company; Silent Mines Inc. and its other activities are excluded. The founder intends to retain majority ownership of the new company. Minority ownership, a capital contribution, and any brand or asset arrangements would be negotiated and documented before commitment. This is not a salaried employment offer.
