DESCRIPTION

As a Graphic Designer, you will create the branding and graphical pieces for use on our website and promotional materials.

The graphics you create should capture the attention of the viewers and communicate the message of our business. To keep up with the times, you will need to have a creative flare and a strong ability to turn the project's requirements into an effective design.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study the design brief, and work in accordance to it.
• Conceptualise visuals based on the project at hand.
• Prepare and present rough drafts of the design briefs.
• Use appropriate colours, dimensions, and layouts for each graphical design/image.
• Amend developed designs after proposing for feedback.
• Acquire appropriate licenses for assets used.
• Follow brand style and identity guidelines.
• Ensure that the final designs are visually appealing, demonstrate our brand, and are well representative of our business.
• Manage backups of source files, assets, exported graphics, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven graphic design experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong portfolio of personally designed graphics or designs.
• Ability to take on feedback and make amendments as seen necessary.
• Ability to work productively and consistently reach deadlines.
• Ability to use Discord for remote communications.

HELPFUL ATTRIBUTES

• Degree or Certificate in Graphic Design or Media.
• A strong familiarity of design programs and software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
