As our Student Assistant in the Gaming segment, you act on a big international scene with the world’s leading headset brand while being directly in contact with our customers.

Interact with customers & influence our new gaming headsets

In this position you will have the unique opportunity to get to the kernel of how and where ideas for new Gaming headset solutions are born. You will become part of our Product Management team and will engage a lot with our customers through our social media channels: You’ll help them using our products in the best way possible, trouble shoot, collect and organize their feedback. In this way and through other support tasks, you will influence the ideas for our new product developments.

Expand your Gaming and Support experience

This job is made for you if you are into gaming with a good understanding of gaming platforms like PC (Windows 10), PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mac OSX. Ideally, you are familiar with some of the more popular games e.g. CSGO, PUBG, Fortnite, Call of Duty, GTA etc. You will use this knowledge and expand it on the go as you are trouble shooting and finding solutions for product related customer queries through in-house testing or internet-based research.

For us it is not important, which study program you are enrolled in, as long as you got the spirit and skills for writing on social media, helping customers with patience and technical competence, and with excellent English skills (additional language skills are welcome). You can commit to a work time of 15 hours per week and should have at least two years of your study time left.
