Position Overview

Ever wanted to learn about the full supply chain process from game code approval through to manufacturing of product and then distribution to retail/customer? Interested in working closely with 1st party platform holders like Sony, Microsoft & Nintendo? We might have just the job for you!

We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to join Nat, Linda, Jake & Peter in the Operations team to help ensure the smooth running of the department. The successful candidate will eventually become responsible for all areas of our Order Management system, with full training offered on this. Responsibilities will include placing orders for physical stock, overseeing our export stock holding at our UK warehouse, processing orders for international customers, and tracking all order activity on Excel. In addition to this, there will be opportunities to work on ad-hoc merchandising requests such as managing business card orders and printing t-shirts for internal events, as well as providing general administrative support for the Operations team. You’ll get to form a strong working relationship with our UK warehouse and our 1st party partners, as well as being given the opportunity to work closely with a lot of other teams within the business - Product Development, Creative Services, Marketing, PR and Sales, as well as external Studios too.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order processing including raising orders for physical goods and releasing stock for collection
  • Process delivery notes, update order statuses on the PO tracker and circulate shipping schedules
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers within the supply chain to resolve any logistical issues
  • Assisting with new item set up, creating BOMs and SKU sheets on Oracle
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Ad hoc print jobs and business cards
  • Request activation keys for physical PC orders
  • Provide accurate data entry for the team in Excel and Oracle
  • Daily admin support, assisting all areas of responsibility for the Operations team
  • Maintain SOE Ops shared email inbox

Essential

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages including Outlook
  • Excellent data processing skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Work to deadlines
  • Able to work with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational skills

Advantageous

  • Knowledge and experience of Operations or supply chain
  • Oracle experience
