As part of the Global Integrated Marketing team, you will be supporting the planning and coordination of all marketing campaigns and launches. This includes strategizing the go-to-market plans for new products, international expansions and partnership launches, working closely with the marketing division to synergize our marketing efforts. You will also support the team in spearheading marketing initiatives for driving acquisition and customer lifecycle management.

Apart from our brand initiatives, the Marketing team is involved with all Secretlab’s key global partners such as: HBO (for its Game of Thrones series), Warner Bros and DC (Batman and Harley Quinn) as well as Blizzard (Overwatch); championship-winning esports teams such as OG, G2 Sports, T1, Cloud9 and Team Secret; and the world’s most premier esports tournaments such as the Riot Games; global tournaments including the League of Legends World Championships, Dota 2’s The International, Valve’s official Counter- Strike: Global Offensive Majors.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the planning and coordination of all global marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Support the team in strategising go-to-market plans for product launches, partnership launches and international expansions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and insights to help refine our marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor industry happenings and activities to identify, plan and execute potential marketing opportunities.
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
  • Assist in creating proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in day-to-day marketing operations to ensure the Wider Marketing team runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing or hospitality
  • Marketing, brand and/ project management skills/experience
  • Exceptional proficiency in your written and spoken English
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data
  • Proficiency in marketing fundamentals
  • Strong business mindset
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects
  • Knowledge of the gaming and esports industries
