Being a digitally native brand, we thrive in the e-commerce space, bringing our products directly to consumers through our webstore—this is where you come in. You will be a leader to our Tech team (frontend, backend, IT systems, UX), taking a hands-on approach to executing multiple ongoing projects with varying timelines and levels of complexity. This is a highly challenging role which demands both technical prowess and people skills. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand varying project requirements and purposes, thus assessing and determining their priority for the organization.

Your team will be essential in giving our international fans greater access to all of Secretlab’s industry-leading products, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Your key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Perform a full cycle of recruitment. This includes understanding the various roles, taking on a creative multi-channel approach to sourcing candidates, assessing the candidate, managing the candidate relationship, negotiating salary packages, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and develop your talent network to understand the industry’s latest developments and connect Secretlab to top-tier talents across the globe
  • Interview and assess candidates’ technical and personal suitability for our organisation
  • Be an advocate and custodian of Secretlab’s organisation culture and values
  • Optimize recruitment processes and take ownership of new implementations
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders for recruitment-related activities
  • Management of JD database; including writing, posting, and archiving

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any relevant courses of study
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition role
  • Working proficiency with LinkedIn (Boolean search) and Job Portals (JobStreet, Monster, JobsDB, Indeed, Jobs Bank, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, business communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
  • Creative, adaptable, and strong in applying critical thinking to talent sourcing strategies
  • Exceptional proficiency in your written and spoken English
