Secretlab’s Brand Experience department focuses on the multiple touch points that Secretlab’s customers, visitors, partners and fans experience with the brand. Whether for our main product and service offerings, physical stores and showrooms, vendor relationships, special events or internal organizational use, this department is responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive Secretlab brand experience, both tangible and intangible.

As a Senior Retail & Offline Marketing Specialist, you are accountable for ensuring a world-class customer experience in the Secretlab showroom and all offline activations. Your primary responsibilities are to support the development and execution of all product launches and offline campaigns in the showroom. In addition to that, you will be expected to find creative and innovative ways to increase brand awareness, brand loyalty and sales conversions, while fostering long-term customer satisfaction. We are open to candidates with a background in strategic marketing, branding or events.

Responsibilities

Overview

  • Provide strategic thinking—grounded by audience insights, goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the retail and offline industry for best practices.
  • Draft project briefs with clear requirements that aligns with Secretlab’s branding and campaign objectives. This process includes analysing and deconstructing briefs provided by stakeholders, conducting research, defining objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop both print and digital communication materials for offline activations and showroom sales promotion in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to manage showroom promotions and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all Secretlab offline campaigns.
  • Measure, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of marketing communication plans and VM implemented in the showroom and offline activations.

Retail Marketing

  • Ensure the presentation of the Secretlab showroom and customer touch points are aligned with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Build, overlook, maintain and constantly improve Secretlab’s VM guidelines.
  • Forecast and propose VM direction for new product launches, offline marketing campaigns and seasonal themes.
  • Offer strategy and on-brand sales training to the Retail Operations team.
  • Constantly iterate and refine (from feedback and trend research) to deliver the best customer experience in the showroom.
  • Program activities to increase customer traffic.

Offline Marketing

  • Elevating the brand by strategizing and executing creative and innovative offline activations, creating transcendent experiences for our customers.
  • Develop experiential marketing activations that are aligned with Secretlab’s branding and goals by leveraging vendor/partner/sponsor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in VM, Arts Management, Interior Design, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of experience in either VM, retail, sales, events or fashion/high end luxury industries.
  • Good spatial awareness, being able to envision/imagine set-ups in three-dimensional spaces.
  • Effective communication and liaison skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to make sound decisions and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Works in a fluid and collaborative environment, and able to work autonomously.
  • Creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge leveraging digital channels [i.e. landing pages, videos (web and social), organic social media marketing, EDMs, etc.] and the specifications involved in executing an integrated marketing campaign.
  • Able to convey ideas through sketches.
  • Able to use Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) programs.
