Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 300,000 users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

You will be a vital member in our award-winning Product team, responsible for optimizing the quality of products currently used by consumers across over 50 countries internationally. This high impact position requires combining a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality engineering in a collective effort with our design team and manufacturing partners for the timely and issue-free production of all lines of products.

Apart from supporting Secretlab’s existing line of industry-leading designs, you will take ownership of quality levels for all collaborative designs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Your key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Work closely with the product design team to ensure product durability and identify possible issues.
  • Ensure that materials procured by manufacturing partners are compliant and meet company requirements.
  • Conduct routine tests and certifications processes to ensure that materials are consistently compliant with company requirements.
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes and tools are up to date and best fit for our production needs.
  • Analyzing customer feedback, diagnosing issues and working closely with design team to recommend solutions.
  • Where necessary, propose and implement SOPs for manufacturing partners to ensure product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or the equivalent
  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ working experience in a relevant engineering position
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards a must
  • Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication in both English and Chinese (for liaising with Chinese speaking vendors)
  • Willing to travel for work
